Every record is one terminated-part row of a PTN §6 Affected parts table, its bundled Public Products List, or its bundled terminated-CP list, across 27 PTNs: STM8A automotive microcontrollers (61 records), SiC MOSFETs (32), legacy ST7/ST72 microcontrollers (31), RF power transistors (21), low-voltage MOSFETs (7 + 11 across two 2026 notices), high-voltage MOSFETs (7), H2PAK MOSFETs (4), STA5630 RF tuners (4), TDA7802 audio amplifiers (4), STPA001 amplifiers (3), STPM metering ICs (2), and single- or pair-part notices for an ESD-protection part, a humidity sensor, a power bipolar transistor, a power MOSFET, a stepper-motor driver, a DC/DC converter, TRIAC / RF-balun, BICMOS5/HCMOS5 and BCD6 parts, an IGBT, a SiC power module and a MEMS TMOS sensor — the terminated part, ST's suggested replacement exactly as printed where the notice prints one, and the PTN's issue, last-order-entry and last-order-delivery dates.
Time-critical: the STM8A notice (PTN MICROCONTROLLERS/24/15028) takes last orders until 30 April 2031 — and it is a dual-nature notice: it cancels three earlier STM8A PTNs and restores most of the STM8A offer for another 10 years while terminating exactly the 61 CPs in this file. The high-voltage MOSFET notice (PTN POWER AND DISCRETES/26/16341) has the file's other still-open window: last order entry 12 November 2026, final deliveries to 12 May 2027, with a named replacement for 6 of its 7 parts. One cross-surface conflict is flagged: STB100N6F7 is terminated by a dated 2026 PTN yet still shows as Active until February 2032 on ST's Product Longevity list (the PTN governs). STH410N4F7-6AG was named as a replacement in 2020 and is itself terminated in 2026 — both records are in the file. Three notices that initially resisted text fetching (STA020DJTR; the ADG/17/10626 RF power set; PM8801/PM8801TR) were verified in full by late live-browser reads during the build and are included — search-index text alone is never a record here. ST's NRND product statuses are excluded, as they are not terminations.
