Discontinuances taken from onsemi's own Product Discontinuance Notifications (PDNs) — onsemi-authored notices (template TEM001799) opened in full on onsemi.com / onsemi.jp itself or as Mouser-hosted mirrors of the identical onsemi PDFs (onsemi's authorised distribution channel). Every record is one row of a PDN List of Affected Parts, across 5 PDNs: Commercial Imager products from LFoundry Fab (52 records — AR0134/AR0135/AR0144 orderables with AR0145 successors rated only "Similar, Not pin-to-pin", plus 17 NOIX orderables with no replacement), 2H2025 Standard 1 (59 records — logic, thermal monitoring, USB-C, MOSFET and SiC devices from the standing semi-annual discontinuance, including one third-party replacement, FOD8482R2 → Broadcom HCPL8480-500E), 2H2025 Standard 5 (12 records), the single-device NUP1128HT1G notice, and Logic Parts (91 records — Tower Semiconductor Fab 1 consolidation; all windows closed in 2024; replacements stem from Vanguard's qualification as the new wafer supplier) — the device to be discontinued, onsemi's replacement exactly as printed (including the literal #NONE / #NA values onsemi prints where it names none), the supplier, and the PDN's issue, last-time-buy and last-ship dates. 105 of the 215 records name a replacement; 41 print #NONE and 69 print N/A (PD25607X's spelling).
Time-critical: NUP1128HT1G's final shipments end 18 December 2026 — its last-time-buy date (18 June 2026) has already passed, its wafer supplier (LA Semi) is ceasing operations, and the notice names no replacement product yet (samples 2Q 2026, production 3Q 2026). The two 2H2025 Standard notices end final shipments on 5 January 2027. The Commercial Imager notice holds the file's only still-open last-time-buy window (30 June 2027) — but onsemi warns inventory is limited and orders are fulfilled first-come, first-served until it is depleted.
Counting basis, stated plainly: one record per affected orderable device row in a PDN's List of Affected Parts — onsemi's own row count (52 + 59 + 12 + 1 + 91 = 215). No grouping, collapsing or splitting. Print anomalies are reproduced as printed (e.g. PD27281X's "MM74HC74AM-25572X").
Honesty notes: no PDN in this file carries any "Confidential", "Proprietary", "Selective Disclosure" or "not for public release" marking — the cleanest basis in this catalogue's component vertical. PD25607X (Logic Parts) was initially unopenable in the research session; during the build it was opened in full via a live-browser read and independently verified row-by-row against the downloaded PDF's own text layer (91 rows, 22 named replacements) — it ships on that dual verification. Deliberately excluded: the PD26219X Strata evaluation boards (75 rows — boards/kits, not semiconductor devices); PD27573X (PDF returned HTTP 403); PD27619XA (portal listing only); PD25324X / PD25829X (parts lists in unopened PDF attachments). A reactivation trap is flagged in the file: update notices PD26985Z1 / PD26576X1 reactivated FGD3050G2V, FGD3325G2-F085V and NL5S4157ADFT2G, so their base notices are excluded until they can be netted against the reactivations.
Verification standard: onsemi-authored PDNs only — the 5 notices above, every one opened in full (onsemi.com / onsemi.jp canonical PDFs, or Mouser mirrors of the identical onsemi documents).
