Lattice Semiconductor EOL & Migration Reference v3 — PCN 02A-15 (All SnPb OPNs + Select Mature Families)

The spreadsheet companion to the v1 and v2 Lattice files: 2,185 discontinued ordering part numbers from the single Lattice discontinuance notice PCN 02A-15 (June 23, 2015 — "Notification of Intent to Discontinue All SnPb (Tin/Lead) Ordering Part Numbers along with Select Mature Product Families"). The notice PDF prints no part list; the file is built from the OEM affected-OPN spreadsheet the notice itself links, downloaded first-hand from Lattice's own document endpoint. No part appears in more than one Lattice file.

What is in the file: Group 1 = 1,067 SnPb OPNs discontinued while their Pb-Free counterparts continue (ispMACH 4000, LatticeECP2/M, LatticeXP2, MachXO, ispClock, Power Manager II and more). Group 2 = 1,118 OPNs in mature families discontinued in their entirety (ispLSI 1000/2000/5000, ispMACH 4A3/5, ispGDX/GDX2, ispXPGA, ispXPLD 5000MX, LatticeSC/M, CLK5500 and more). Every record carries its family and product line, package type and lead count, SnPb/Pb-Free finish, the printed potential replacement (both printed replacements where the spreadsheet prints two — 219 records), and the spreadsheet's own compatibility flags: replacement available, pinout compatible, voltage compatible, and backward compatible with a SnPb assembly process.

Read the availability flag: the spreadsheet flags a specific replacement OPN as available for 1,471 of the 2,185 records. Every record still carries at least one printed suggestion — for most of the other 714 it is a newer-family pointer exactly as printed (e.g. "MachXO or MachXO2"), with the compatibility columns printing N/A. The file ships both the suggestion and the flag, verbatim, so an agent never mistakes a family pointer for an orderable cross.

Cross-validated inside Lattice's own workbook: the spreadsheet's Group 1 and Group 2 sheets are exact subsets of its All sheet, row for row on all 15 columns — asserted at build. The shipped copy is Lattice's current hosted spreadsheet, which records its own Version #2 (July 29, 2015) and Version #3 (August 12, 2015) corrections on its cover sheet; the two corrected CLK5500 replacements ship as corrected.

Schedule, as printed: one window for all devices — last time buy 2015-12-23, last shipment 2016-12-30. Both have passed; the file's value is the verified obsolete-to-alternative cross-reference for the SnPb-era Lattice installed base.

Verification standard: Lattice-authored documents only — the notice PDF from Lattice's own document CDN (its link asserted present on Lattice's live PCN index) and the spreadsheet it links, from Lattice's own document endpoint, parsed with every count asserted at build. Facts only — no notice prose reproduced beyond short operative quotations.
