Infineon Electronic Component EOL & Migration Reference

Discontinuation taken from Infineon's own Product Discontinuation (PD) notices — Infineon-authored PDFs opened in full as Mouser-hosted mirrors of the identical Infineon documents (Mouser is Infineon's authorised distribution channel; Infineon hosts no public PD archive). Every record is one row of a PD's DISCONTINUED table, across 19 PDs: HYPERRAM 64/128 Mbit memory on the 38 nm node (68 records — the 38 nm process reaches end of life; replacement column prints "on request", no part named), 60 mm thyristor/diode modules (15 records — housing-concept change, every old-housing OPN replaced by the same sales name in the new housing), IGBT modules (12 + 2 records), Cypress asynchronous SRAM (11 records), legacy International Rectifier gate drivers (7 records), PROFET smart power switches (5 + 3 records), Cypress CY14B104 nvSRAM (5 records; replacement "none"), TLF35585 power-supply ICs (4 records — new design step B30, XUMA1 → XUMA2 OPNs) and TLD6098 LED drivers (4 records) — the part to be discontinued at OPN (orderable part number) level, the replacement exactly as the notice prints it, and the PD's issue, last-order and last-delivery dates. 69 of the 147 records name a per-part replacement; 68 print "on request" and 10 print "none".

Time-critical: the HYPERRAM set's last order date is 30 September 2027 with last delivery 30 June 2029 — and its 25 nm successors will not support 3 V supplies or the xSPI octal interface. The IGBT-module set's last order date is 15 April 2027 and the Cypress SRAM set's is 15 March 2027. The PROFET switches' final deliveries end 15 December 2026.

Counting basis, stated plainly: one record per discontinued row in a PD table (68 + 15 + 11 + 12 + 7 + 5 + 4 + 5 + 3 + 3 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 147), at OPN level except two flagged notices recorded at sales-name level (PD_26_023_01, whose OPN column fragments in the PDF text layer, and PD_116_22, whose OPN is truncated in the notice).

Honesty notes: the TLD6098 notice (PD_057_25) prints a last order date (28 February 2025) earlier than its own issue date (3 March 2025) — carried in the file exactly as printed. Same-sales-name replacements are real OPN changes (housing / design-step), recorded at OPN level so they never read as self-replacements. Deliberately excluded: PD_26_043_01 (13-page CoolMOS/OptiMOS notice — later pages interleave the table columns in the text layer, so per-row pairings need column-aware extraction; a v2 candidate), PD_26_018_01 legacy LNAs and PD_027_25A (opened in full, but their flattened tables cannot be paired unambiguously), and PD_26_007_01 / PD_401_24 (search-index only, never opened in full).

Verification standard: Infineon-authored PDs only — the 19 notices above, every one opened in full as a distributor mirror (Mouser) of the identical Infineon document.
