Analog Devices (ADI) EOL & Migration Reference v2 — Carsem SnPb Packaging End of Life (PDNs 25_0024 & 25_0027)

Discontinuances taken from ADI's own Product Discontinuance Notices — the two Carsem SnPb packaging mega-notices that were opened in full at the v1 build and deliberately held as this v2 slice: PDN 25_0024 (707 records, published 29 May 2025, covering LT1001–LTC6242) and PDN 25_0027 (345 records, published 21 May 2025, covering LT1004–LTC2625). Both notices end the tin-lead (SnPb) finished orderables of ADI's legacy Linear Technology LT/LTC lines because Carsem's SnPb packaging line is closing. Every record is one row of a notice's Discontinued Parts Material List: the discontinued model, its product family exactly as printed, ADI's recommended replacement exactly as printed, the pin-to-pin flag, and the notice's publication, last-time-buy and last-time-ship dates.

What the mapping looks like: in 1,033 of the 1052 records the named replacement is the same device in its lead-free finish (the #PBF / #TRPBF / #TRMPBF form of the same model number), pin-to-pin Yes in every such row. The remaining 19 records print "None" — 15 in PDN 25_0024 and 4 in PDN 25_0027 — with no ADI-named successor at all.

Time-critical: both notices share a last-time-buy date of 5 December 2025, already passed — this file is a migration record, not a buy window. Final shipments of the SnPb orderables are still running: PDN 25_0027's parts ship until 21 November 2026 and PDN 25_0024's until 29 November 2026; after those dates only the named lead-free forms remain.

Counting basis, stated plainly: one record per discontinued orderable model in a PDN's Discontinued Parts Material List — ADI's own row count (707 + 345 = 1052). All 1052 model numbers are unique, the two notices share no model with each other, and neither shares a model with the v1 dataset's 111 records — asserted programmatically at build. Print anomalies ship as printed (for example PDN 25_0024's LT1761ES5-2#TR, whose printed replacement is LT1761ES5-2.5#TRPBF, and PDN 25_0027's LT1366CS8#TR, whose printed replacement is LT1364CS8#TRPBF).

Honesty notes: replacements and pin-to-pin flags are reproduced exactly as printed, including "None" and "N/A" — where ADI prints "None" there is no ADI-named successor. Every ADI PDN is marked as Analog Devices proprietary information and ADI publishes no PDN list on its own domains (the PDFs are hosted on analog.com); this dataset extracts only factual fields (model numbers, families, replacements, pin-to-pin flags, PDN numbers and dates) and reproduces no ADI notice prose.

Verification standard: ADI-authored PDNs only — both notices downloaded from analog.com itself and parsed from the PDFs' text layer by printed column coordinates, cross-validated against an independent layout extraction of the same PDFs and against the v1 research pass's independent 345-row count and exception lists for PDN 25_0027.
